As part of the support and implementation team, the focus is on addressing key integration, configuration and operational challenges while ensuring a smooth transition. This includes system setup, data migration, process alignment, testing and post-Go-Live support to deliver a scalable, efficient warehousing solution.
The customer is in the process of upgrading from an outdated legacy WMS to a modern enterprise-grade solution Manhattan WMoS. This transition brings multiple challenges, such as migrating data interfaces from older distribution centers to Manhattan, adapting to new operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and evaluating the need for automation tools like Dematic to boost fulfillment performance. In addition, the project involves designing necessary customizations within Manhattan to suit specific business requirements, configuring core system functionalities to support end-to-end warehouse flows and defining business logic that facilitates seamless integration between existing corporate ERPs and in-house Order Management Systems (OMS) through middleware services
