Durai Appadurai is the Managing Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota. He has been director of our Company since February, 2021 and has over 7 years of experience in the technology and the business sector.

Sourirajan is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Bharathidasan University. He also holds a master’s degree in computer applications from Bharathidasan University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Webster University. He has been director of our Company since March, 2021 and has over 7 years of experience in the technology sector.

Swaminathan Rajagopalan is a Whole-Time Director and the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has cleared final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He was previously employed with LTI Mindtree Limited. He has over 6 years of experience in different sectors including technology.

Naveen Mehta is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. He was previously employed with IFCI Financial Services Limited, Shriram Venture Limited, S Chenthilkumar & Co. and Naveen Mehta & Associates. He has over 9 years of experience in finance and merchant banking.

Aruna Subbaraman is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a provisional certificate for a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. She was previously employed with IFMR, Dvara Holdings (formerly known as IFMR Trust), IFMR Mezzanine, IFMR Holdings, and Samunnati Financial Intermediation & Services Private Limited. She has 33 years of experience in corporate governance.

Meenakshi Sundaram Balasubramanian is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a provisional certificate for a master’s degree in business administration, both from the University of Madras. He was previously employed with Transact Campus India Private Limited and Blackboard Information Technology India Private Limited. He has 9 years of experience in management and software engineering.
